Shipping Guidelines
We do not offer cash on delivery or store to store
1. Pick up
You can choose to send a private message to the fan page/webpage and arrange to meet at a specific location in Taichung City
2. Home delivery
Send a private message to the fan page/webpage, inform the shipping information after payment and wait for the delivery at home~
Purchases and Returns
You can check out directly on the website or take a screenshot of your shopping cart and send it to your fan page, and we will process your order for you.
For safety reasons, we recommend that you record the unpacking process.
Except for the following cases:
1. The product has been delivered but not picked up immediately
2. Failure to immediately unpack, inspect and place the animals after receiving the goods
3. When the item is not suitable for delivery and we inform you of this, but the buyer insists on delivery
In addition to the above three situations, if the product you receive has:
1. If the animal is already injured or dead/dies within two weeks, after informing us, we will let you choose to refund all the amount except shipping costs or let you replace the animal. If the disease/injury/death occurs more than two weeks later, no additional refund or replacement of the animal will be made, please pay special attention.
2. Genetic or gender errors (any time limit), tell us your animal number and we will let you choose to replace the animal or return the animal and get back the transaction amount minus the shipping fee
3. If you are unable to continue raising the animal due to force majeure, you can ask us to recycle the animal. We will discuss with you the amount of money for recycling the animal (except if the animal has symptoms of illness or damage), refund you part of the money and take the animal back. Please do not release it.
