
FAQ
For safety reasons, we recommend that you record the unpacking process.
Except for the following cases:
1. The product has been delivered but not picked up immediately
2. Failure to immediately unpack, inspect and place the animals after receiving the goods
3. When the item is not suitable for delivery and we inform you of this, but the buyer insists on delivery
In addition to the above three situations, if the product you receive has:
1. If the animal is injured or dies, notify us and we will give you the choice of refunding the entire amount except shipping costs or replacing the animal.
2. If the genetics or gender is incorrect, inform us and we will give you the option to replace the animal or return the animal and get back the transaction amount minus the shipping fee.
